Starting as early as possible before the class (weeks or months) will help in the class experience being deep as possible for you.
Practice each exercise in Level I and Level II separately. Spend about 3 minutes on each exercise. The Level II videos can be practiced with a partner.
Try these routines (below) together. Spend about 3 minutes on each exercise or 15 minutes minimum on each group.
Suggesting at least 3 minutes each gives people that are on the "run" a wonderful way to shift their energy in less than 15-20 minutes.
